If you want to add a new version to one of your Xtras, it's as simple as editing the Xtra. You'll update the basic information (including the version number) and then use the File Management page to add a new file for the version. If you need to update the preview images, you can do that as well from the Image Management page.
Alternatively, you can use the Quick Update page which will allow you to update the version number, version history, then drag-and-drop your new zip archive to upload it.
